As the Managing Director of Ally Consulting Ryan provides a wide range of business mentoring and consultancy support to both high growth SME’s and a range of Fortune 250 businesses ranging from HP and Google to IBM and Microsoft. This support can range from strategic HR and Talent acquisition advice and solution development to interim management and leadership mentoring support. Ryan currently advises and support a number of IT start ups and VC companies within the Local and EMEA marketplace as well as supporting a number of digital businesses seeking to expand into the region. Ryan combines an understanding of the various streams available with a strong network of larger Fortune 500 companies’ contacts, which are often utilised to support or fund the smaller and growing clients within the Ally Consulting family. This includes working with and supporting businesses to pitch to a range of VC’s, Banks, Private Investors etc. Ryan’s main focus is in helping businesses commercialise and maximise their product or service offering in a way, which ensures maximum customer understanding and catchment. Ryan is a regular speaker at events across Europe on topics ranging from Business Development and Sales to Talent Attraction and Retention. Ryan is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, is a former graduate of Queens University Belfast holding a 2.1 in Law (LLB) and a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice Management.
