Anne is a strategic and enthusiastic HR executive with over 20 years HR generalist and specialist experience gained primarily in the IT and manufacturing sectors, from startup SME’s through to large global matrix managed organisations.
She is a committed professional with a strong record of achievement in a wide range of HR areas including compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee development, policy and procedure implementation, performance management, talent management, organisational change, employee relations and TUPE.
Anne is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a BSC (Hons) in Human Communication from the University of Ulster.
