Christine has over 25 years’ international experience improving the strategic direction, business control and performance and profitability of enterprises across UK/Ireland, Europe, USA and Asia.
She previously worked for Bombardier plc, PWC, Kainos Ltd. and Intertek plc. and has worked across many sectors – public, 3rd sector, professional services, legal, financial, technology, healthcare, manufacturing and engineering companies enabling them to be focused, controlled, effective and profitable.
Christine currently provides support and guidance on a variety of projects across UK and Ireland including
- public sector programmes in the areas of Strategy, Business Growth and Business Control/Performance Improvement
- Consulting projects in strategic design business process design and business performance management
- Programme and Project Management of Business Process Transformation Projects
She has BSc. (Hons) Management Science & Technology, M.Sc. Manufacturing Systems Engineering and is a Prince 2 Practitioner. In addition, Christine also is an active member of IOD and FSB, start-up investor and NED, Entrepreneur in Residence at the NI Science Park and Mentor with the Princes Trust.
